IT Prodigy LLC is not an internet, telecommunications, cable TV, or wireless service provider and does not own or operate network infrastructure. All underlying services are provided, installed, billed, and supported directly by the selected third-party provider.

Our role is limited to marketing, customer acquisition, plan-comparison assistance, and helping consumers identify and connect with available service options.

IT Prodigy LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using this site or services arranged through it. Service delivery, billing, and technical issues are the responsibility of your provider.

9. Ending Access

We can suspend or end your access to the site if these terms are broken.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts of Duval County, Florida.
