How Billing Works

Smart Internet Bundle is operated by IT Prodigy LLC, an independent marketing and customer support company. IT Prodigy LLC does not provide, install, or bill consumers for internet, TV, wireless, or telecommunications services.

All service pricing, billing, equipment charges, installation charges, taxes, fees, and account-related payments are handled directly by the third-party provider selected by the customer.

Refunds & Billing Questions

Because the selected provider handles service billing directly, any refund requests, billing disputes, cancellations, or account-related questions must be directed to that provider. IT Prodigy LLC does not have access to provider billing accounts and cannot issue or process refunds on behalf of a provider.
